Bad weather closures

If the staff anticipates that The Colony Public Library will be closed due to weather-related road conditions, a greeting indicating such will be placed on the Library's telephone system before closing on the previous day. When conditions allow staff to reopen the Library, the normal greeting will play. We care about your safety, as well as that of the Library staff and volunteers; if weather and/or road conditions are bad, please call before making the trip to the Library. If you have materials that are due, you may leave a renewal message on the Library's phone system.
