Summer 2010 Kidz Kamp

Kidz Kamp is for girls and boys between the ages of 6 and 11. Daily activities at camp include arts and crafts, sports and athletics, games, group activities, and more. Campers go on weekly field trips and will visit The Colony Aquatic Park twice a week for an afternoon of water activities and fun in the sun. Our trained counselors work to ensure that each child has a fun and rewarding camp experience.

Campers must bring their own sack lunch and water bottle each day. Each camper will be provided with one t-shirt to be worn on field trips. Additional t-shirts will be available for purchase at the Recreation Center.

Summer Kidz Kamp will meet each morning at Ethridge Elementary School beginning at 7am. The last two sessions of camp will meet at The Colony Recreation Center.

Cost:

The camp registration fee is approximately $110 per week (varies by session). This fee includes the camp registration, transportation fees, swimming fees, and one field trip each week. There may be other minimal fees for extra field trips, activities or special projects that come up. There is a one time $20 supply fee per child to be paid at the time of registration (210701-K).
A $10 non-resident fee per child per session will be applied.

Multiple Child Break:

For families with more than one child enrolled in camp, there will be a $10 per session discount for each additional child registered.

Schedule:

Kidz Kamp will be offered in one-week sessions throughout the summer. A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of $40 for each week may be paid to reserve your child’s spot in camp. The remainder of the balance for each session must be paid two weeks before the start of that session, or you risk losing your child’s spot in camp. A complete newsletter with each weeks schedule will be available prior to each session.

Registration for summer camp begins March 1, 2010.

Drop Off / Pick Up:

Drop off at begins at 7am at Ethridge Elementary School. Campers will return from field trips or activities usually no later than 3:30pm and must be picked up by 6pm.
